Displayed in the Upstairs Restaurant as winner of the 2019 Hollick Estates Annual Art Competition, on the theme: ‘What does the Coonawarra look like in the future to you?’. As part of the Limestone Coast of South Australia, the Coonawarra wine region is famous for the terra rossa soil over porous limestone and underground water. ‘It’s All About the Aquifer’ acknowledges the essential role of this pristine water system to the vitality of the region. This piece is for anyone who appreciates wine and the earth.
